BrightPal partners with qualified telehealth and healthcare practices to build, launch, and optimize patient acquisition systems designed for predictable, scalable growth.
Our approach isn't simply to generate as many leads as possible. We focus on building an acquisition system that produces qualified patients at an economically sustainable cost — then scaling that system as performance improves.
1. Define Your Patient Acquisition Target
Before launching, we establish a patient acquisition target based on your clinic, market, capacity, budget, and growth objectives.
Our broader program is designed around the potential to acquire 300+ patients within 90 days. However, that does not mean every clinic should immediately pursue that volume.
In some cases, aggressively pursuing 300+ patients before the underlying acquisition system is fully optimized can result in unnecessarily high acquisition costs. Our priority is to first establish a profitable and repeatable acquisition system, then increase volume as the economics support it.
Your specific patient target and program terms will be established before launch.
2. Fund Your Acquisition Program
Once your target and program are established, the agreed patient acquisition program is funded upfront.
This allows us to begin building and deploying the acquisition system immediately.
Advertising spend is separate from BrightPal's management and patient acquisition fees unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
3. Patient Based Pricing
Only Pay Per Patient
BrightPal's patient acquisition programs are structured around patient acquisition rather than traditional monthly marketing retainers.
Depending on the clinic's starting point, growth objectives, and scale of the engagement, our programs may be structured using one of two primary patient-based models. In some programs, the agreed patient acquisition commitment is paid upfront before the campaign begins. In others, fees are based on patients acquired throughout the campaign.
The appropriate structure is determined based on the scope and scale of the program, with the specific patient commitment, pricing, payment terms, and applicable conditions established and agreed upon before your campaign launches.
This approach keeps our focus aligned with what matters most: acquiring qualified patients and building a system that can scale efficiently.
Advertising spend is separate from patient acquisition fees unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
4. Build & Launch Your Acquisition System
BrightPal manages the core components of your patient acquisition campaign, including:
Paid advertising strategy
Creative development and testing
Campaign management
Lead generation and qualification
Landing pages and conversion systems
Lead follow-up and appointment workflows
Performance tracking and optimization
The goal is to create a system that consistently turns advertising spend into qualified patient opportunities.
5. Optimize Before We Scale
We don't believe in blindly spending more money just to produce a larger number of patients.
Early in a campaign, we evaluate factors such as:
Cost per lead → Lead quality → Booking rate → Patient conversion → Acquisition cost → Overall economics
If the system is not yet producing efficiently, our focus is on identifying and fixing the bottleneck before aggressively increasing spend.
Once the economics are strong and the system is performing consistently, we can increase volume and work toward substantially larger patient acquisition targets.
6. Patient Acquisition Commitment
Where a minimum patient acquisition commitment is included in your program, the specific minimum, measurement period, qualification criteria, and applicable terms will be agreed upon before the campaign begins.
For example, a clinic may enter into a 90-day program with a minimum commitment of 90 qualified patients, while the broader acquisition system may have the capacity to scale toward significantly higher volumes — including 300+ patients, as campaign performance and economics allow.
This distinction is intentional: we would rather build a sustainable acquisition engine than spend inefficiently simply to hit a larger headline number.
7. Scale What Works
Testing → Optimization → Consistency → Scale
Rather than treating patient acquisition as a one-time campaign, BrightPal's goal is to build a repeatable growth system that can continue producing patients as your clinic grows.
What You Can Expect
When you work with BrightPal, you can expect a process centered around:
Clear targets.
Transparent program terms.
Continuous optimization.
Performance-based decision making.
Strategic scaling.
Our goal isn't simply to generate more activity for your clinic. It's to help build a patient acquisition system where growth and economics work together.
